1. Project Overview

(1) Project requirements

Through communication with customers, our initial understanding of the project is as follows: In order to strengthen safety management and improve efficiency, a military compound proposed to build a RFID personnel and asset management system. System requirements enable the dual management of people and assets to monitor the movement of people and assets.

(2) RFID technology

RFID is the abbreviation of Radio Frequency IdenTIficaTIon. Radio frequency identification technology is an automatic identification technology that began to mature in the 1990s. Radio frequency identification technology is a kind of radio frequency signal through space coupling (alternating). A magnetic or electromagnetic field technology that enables contactless information transfer and the purpose of identification through the transmitted information. A complete RFID system consists of a reader (reader), an electronic tag (commonly called a radio frequency card), a so-called transducer (Transponder) and an application software system. The working principle is Reader. The radio wave energy of a specific frequency is transmitted to the Transponder to drive the Transponder circuit to send the internal data. At this time, the Reader sequentially receives the interpretation data and sends it to the application for corresponding processing (the RFID works as shown in the figure below).

2, the program design

After analyzing the technical characteristics of the current mainstream products and the application of the open personnel asset system, we propose to use the latest RFID technology in the management system design to establish a safe and reliable, stable equipment security management system.

(1), open access control channel

Using passive high-frequency RFID equipment, the electronic tag does not need to be installed with a battery, and has a long service life. Generally, it is about 10 years, the recognition distance is up to 1.5 meters, and the working frequency of the device is 13.56 MHz.

By uniquely matching the RFID tag code with the person, the person's number, basic data, etc. can be stored in the RFID tag, and the tag capacity is as high as 10K. Due to the short recognition distance of passive devices, it is impossible to monitor the staff in each area of ​​the office area in real time. Only by identifying the equipment at the area entrance and exit, when the employee enters and exits an area, the software system automatically registers the personnel to enter and exit.

As can be seen from the above diagram, a normal pass process will enter the radio frequency identification area twice, and the infrared will be cut twice. This can avoid blind reading to the maximum extent. The meaning of leaving. Of course, the primary significance of setting up infrared recognition is to raise an alert when the radio frequency identification is not indicated. For the above channels, if two people enter the body, it is easy to make a misjudgment, and there is a situation where one person has multiple cards or no card. In order to prevent this from happening, it is recommended that employees must maintain a certain distance when they are required to enter the channel, for example, adopt a similar line of 1 meter, which can ensure the correct judgment of personnel access to the channel. Of course, the result of this is to delay the time of access and reduce efficiency.

In order to reduce the probability of misjudgment and improve the efficiency of traffic, other methods can be adopted. To this end, it is recommended to install two channels at the entrance and exit of the building, each channel only installs a single-sided infrared device, and implements segmentation management. In the morning rush hour, the two passages can be opened simultaneously for entry; at the peak of the off-duty, the two passages are simultaneously open for departure; during other off-peak hours, one passage is for entry and the other is for departure. Of course, doing so increases the complexity of managing. Therefore, if conditions permit, four channels or more can be installed, several of which are incoming channels, and the other channels are set to leave the channel, eliminating the need for time-sharing management, reducing management complexity.
