GLT605 plastic floating ball liquid level switch is made up of the magnetic reed switch and float. The float is moved up and down as the liquid level moves up and down, touching the magnetic reed switch to detect the position of the liquid level.

Notes on the use of plastic float liquid level switch

1. The plastic float level switch is a small power control device with a general power of 10w-75w. If high power

load is required, please add power elements such as relay, thyristor, etc.

2. The voltage of level switch: Ac/Dc both can be used, mainly without high power load.

3. The length of the plastic floating ball liquid level switch can be determined by the user.

The control points can do a little or more, and the control points can be ON or OFF.

4. The total length of the plastic floating ball liquid level switch is normal within ±1mm.

Common fault 

First, Float ball does not move, solve method:

The proportion of liquid is less than float

Reconfirm the float weight √ 

Floating ball is leaking

Contact the company to replace the float √

Floating ball is stuck by foreign material 

Removal √

Second, Float ball movement, but no signal output, solve method:

Float position offset

Adjust the float position √

The magnetic spring switch is damaged

Replace the magnetic reed switch √

Common fault:

Q: Signal output is not normal, magnetic interference.

A: Eliminate the magnetic interference √

Common fault:

Q: The signal remains, the ball cannot be restored, the ball cannot be regrouped, there is a foreign body stuck.

A: Removal √
