Lighting system design includes lighting control system, loop distribution, performance lighting configuration and so on. In the design of the lighting system of the concert hall, we have selected the internationally renowned brand British original imported dimming console, New Zealand Selecon imported professional stage lighting, and domestic famous brands, TL dimming silicon cabinets obtained by ISO9000 certified enterprises.

1.1 Design content

In order to enhance the versatility, compatibility, forward-looking and interchangeability of the lighting system of the concert hall, the design includes several aspects of the lighting system engineering of the concert hall. The contents are as follows: (1) Control of the stage dimming system, selection and design of the silicon cabinet.

(2) Selection and design of stage lighting power supply and distribution systems.

(3) Selection and design of stage lighting system lamps.

(4) Selection and design of auditorium and stage work lighting network control system.

(5) The stage lighting system is designed for the organization of strong electricity, weak electricity, and pipeline installation facilities.

(6) Equipment supply and equipment supply, equipment installation, system joint adjustment, testing, technical personnel training, performance technology protection and product lifetime application technical support.

2 stage lighting system process design

2.1 lamp position setting and description

The stage lighting position is arranged as front light, side light, top light and other locations, and all parts of the stage are provided with lighting spots.

2.1.1 Surface Light Design

18 light-emitting holes are opened outside the surface light groove, each hole is 800mm long and 500mm wide, and is sealed with a 25mm thick white transparent tempered glass (see Figure 1). The face light is mainly used to illuminate the stage performance area, and to play a positive lighting effect on the performers on the stage for the character shape or to make the objects on the stage have a three-dimensional effect.

(1) Configuring lamps

The facelight design is equipped with 18 600WAc-claim18°~34° axial zoom imaging lights. Focusing and lighting according to the light-emitting distance, try to ensure that the light effect projected by the surface light reaches the spot and the illumination is uniform.

(2) Arrangement and projection method of lamps

a. Vertical projection: achieve a uniform effect under the stage performance area.

b. Cross projection: enhance the center area of ​​the stage and the brightness of the depth.

c. Key projection: Enhance the lighting of the local stage performance area (see 2, 3).

2.1.2 Sidelight system design

On both sides of the stage of the performance area, the assembled steel tube bracket side light is temporarily added according to the needs of the performance light. The role of the side light is to create a sense of direction of the light source from the side of the stage, which can be used as an auxiliary illumination for illuminating the actor's face, and can enhance the level of the scene, and render the character and the stage space environment to meet the illumination requirements of the television program recording. The angle, direction, distance, type of lamp, power and other factors of the light projection will cause various side effects.

(2) Arrangement and projection method of lamps

b. From the one-sided or double-sided modeling light, it can emphasize and highlight the contour of the side, which is suitable for expressing the volume effect of relief, portrait and so on (see 4).

2.1.3 top light design

58 light-emitting holes are opened on the stage anti-sound board of the performance area, with a diameter of 250mm, and sealed with a 25mm thick white transparent tempered glass. The specific size position of the light hole on the anti-sound board should be determined according to the architectural acoustic design drawing. The specific construction plan is required according to the construction requirements. The top lighting requirement is based on the ability to see the scores and the audience clearly see the performance on the stage. Therefore, the top lighting mainly uses multi-function spotlights.

(2) Lamp arrangement and projection method

The luminaires are used in a single lamp combination, arranged in a matrix, the illumination requires vertical projection, the light is uniform, and the display is high (see 5).

2.1.4 hanging top light design

Under the stage anti-sound board of the performance area, the three-section combined lighting hangers are installed by using the temporary suspension points of the stage machinery to form a top light, two top light, three top light installation temporary hanging lamps, and the loop cable and the stage machinery cooperate. , to make a certain wire-receiving device, so that the light circuit cable can be disassembled with the temporary combination light bar to meet the needs of special lighting needs (such as television recording and broadcasting). This form will not be used in general performances.

(2) Lamp arrangement and projection method

The luminaires are arranged in a matrix arrangement. The first illuminating light and the surface light are connected to illuminate the main performance area, and the local key lighting of the performance area is enhanced. The second and third roads can be projected to the rear of the stage or vertically downward. Can also be used as backlight. Strengthen the rear of the stage and the space lighting, and connect the front and rear light to achieve uniform illumination and color throughout the stage (see 6).

2.2 Lighting configuration for different performances

2.2.1 Symphonic music

(1) Set up a surface light trough with 10 Acclaim18°~34° axial zoom imaging lights.

(2) Open the hole in the anti-sound board above the stage of the performance area, and install 58 PAR multi-function spotlights.

The above two forms of performance lighting use, the average illuminance ≥ 400lx (see 7, 8).

2.2.2 Solo (singing), chorus concert

(1) Set up a surface light trough with 18 Acclaim18°~34° axial zoom imaging lights.

(2) Open the hole in the anti-sound board above the stage of the performance area, and install 58 PAR multi-function spotlights.

(3) Temporarily increase the assembled steel tube bracket side light on both sides of the stage, and install 16 Acclaim 24°~44° axial zoom imaging lights.

(4) Two xenon follow-up lights are arranged in the lighting control room on the back wall of the auditorium on the second floor. A rectangular light-emitting window with a width of 1200mm×700mm is set at a distance of 900mm from the ground, and a transparent tempered glass with a thickness of 25mm is completely sealed.

The above four forms of performance lighting use, the average illuminance ≥ 800lx (see 9, 10).

2.2.3 Broadcasting of large concerts or TV shows

(1) Set up all the lighting stages of 18 Acclaim18°~34° lamps in a surface light trough.

(2) 16 sets of Acclaim24°~44° lamps that are temporarily added on both sides of the stage of the performance area.

(3) The lights in the anti-sound board on the stage of the performance area are closed, and the three sets of combined lighting booms are installed by using the temporary suspension function of the stage machinery to form a total of 19 Acclaim18 lights, two top lights and three top lights. ° ~ 34 ° and 24 Acclaim 24 ° ~ 44 ° lighting lighting stage.

(4) Cooperate with two Xenon chasing lights to illuminate the main singers.

The illumination for TV illumination consisting of the above forms has an average illumination of ≥1200lx (see 11, 12).

2.3 Selection of lamps

The artistic creation of stage lighting relies on the technical manifestation of lighting equipment. The stage lighting is the three-dimensional space of light and color (called four-dimensional space if time factor is added). And on the stage, you can control the light and dark fluctuations of the light, realize any combination of lights, automatic color conversion, ideal projection angle, active light spot with sufficient illumination, etc., which involves the variety, specifications, quality, and A series of technical issues such as performance. For this reason, the selection of the lamps is important. The performance of the selected imported new luminaires is as follows:

(1) Acclaim 18° to 34° and 24° to 44° axial zoom imaging lamps. The New Zealand Selecon-Acclaim Axial axial zoom imaging lamp has an excellent design. The luminaire uses 99.9% ultra-high purity alumina polished axial reflector bowl. The reflective bowl is designed to allow the bulb position to be fine-tuned to produce both smooth and peak shapes. Light intensity distribution, especially suitable for lighting in the stage, studio, exhibition hall and other places. The luminaire is made of aluminum extrusion and precision pressure casting. All edges and corners are smooth without sharp corners; low reflection, specific color, epoxy powder coating by electrostatic surface treatment; with high temperature resistant handle.

(2) AcclaimAxial axial zoom imaging light. The use of thermal mirror technology reduces heat in the beam and effectively removes heat from the beam, extending the life of the pattern and color patches (see 13, 14). The cold beam system is placed in the center of the reflective bowl and heat outlet by coated insulating glass, and the heat is easily directed to the aluminum heat sink and quickly removed.

(3) Axial zoom imaging light. The variable lens is fixed by a high temperature resistant borosilicate polished glass cover molded plastic frame combined with a formed sliding piece. Stable performance and long service life.
