The prices of regular manufacturers and cottage products vary greatly. If you know the quality of LED strips from the technical point of view, the lighting network knows that many customers do not have this ability. But we can make a preliminary identification from a simple appearance, and basically can distinguish the quality.

It can be identified mainly from the following aspects:

1. Look at the solder joints. The LED strips produced by the regular LED strip manufacturers are produced by solder paste and reflow soldering using the SMT chip process. Therefore, the solder joints on the LED strips are relatively smooth and the soldering amount is not large, and the solder joints extend in an arc shape from the FPC pads to the LED electrodes.

2. Look at the quality of FPC. FPC is divided into copper and rolled copper. The copper foil of the copper plate is convex. If you look at it, you can see it from the connection between the pad and the FPC. The rolled copper is closely integrated with the FPC and can be bent freely without peeling off the pad. If the copper plate is bent too much, the pad will fall off. If the temperature is too high during maintenance, the pad will fall off.

3. Look at the cleanliness of the surface of the LED strip. The LED strips produced by the SMT process have a very clean surface and do not see any impurities or stains. The cottage version of the LED light strip produced by the hand soldering process will have stains and cleaning marks on the surface regardless of how it is cleaned.

4. Look at the packaging. The regular LED light strip will be packed in anti-static coil tray, 5 meters or 1 roll, and the outside of the package will be sealed with anti-static moisture-proof packaging bag. The cottage version of the LED light strip uses a recycled coil tray, there is no anti-static moisture-proof packaging bag, carefully look at the coil tray to see the traces and scratches left when the label is removed.

5, look at the label. Regular LED lights with printed bags and reels will have printed labels on them, not printed labels.

6, see the attachment. Regular LED strips will be accompanied by instructions for use and strips in the box, as well as LED strips with connectors or decks; the cottage version of the LED strips do not have these accessories in the box, because Some manufacturers can still save the province after all.

1. The requirements for brightness are different for different occasions and different products. For example, if the LED jewellery counter lamp is placed in some large shopping malls, we will be attractive if the brightness is higher, and the decorative effect is also divided into LED spotlights and LED colorful lights.

2, anti-static ability: anti-static ability anti-static ability of the LED, long life, but the price will be higher. Generally, antistatic is preferably higher than 700V.

3. LEDs with the same wavelength and color temperature will have the same color. This large-scale combination of lamps is especially important. Do not create too much chromatic aberration in the same fixture.

4. Leakage current is the current when the LED is reversely conducting. We recommend LED products with a small leakage current.

5, waterproof ability, for outdoor and indoor LED lights are not the same.

6, LED lighting angle has a great impact on LED lamps, the requirements for different lamps are very large, like LED fluorescent lamps we recommend to use 140-170 degrees. Others are not explained in detail here.

7, LED chips determine the quality of LED core, LED chip brands, there are foreign brands, but also Taiwan. The price difference between different brands is also very far.
