International Rectifier Company (InternaTIonal RecTIfier, referred to as IR) recently launched the AUIRS4426S dual-channel low-side driver IC for automotive applications, including hybrid system drive, direct fuel injection system, DC / DC converter, etc. The AUIRS4426S for automotive is available in an 8-pin SOIC package. It is a rugged low-voltage high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver that can match the propagation delay of the two channels, simplifying the design. The new device complies with the AEC-Q100 standard and is developed under the automotive quality concept that IR requires zero defects. The environmentally friendly materials used are both lead-free and compliant with the Hazardous Substances Control Directive (RoHS).
