**Registers Overview:**
The Timer 2 module uses registers T2CON and T2MOD to control and monitor its operation (see Table 2 and Table 3). Additionally, RCAP2H and RCAP2L are used as capture and auto-reload registers for Timer 2.

The IE register contains all the interrupt enable bits, and it also allows setting the priority levels for the six interrupt sources.
