[High-tech LED News] Single-conductor lead frame manufacturer Shunde suffered from poor European beauty and LED lead frame shipments were not as expected. Q3 consolidated revenue was NT$2.714 billion, a decrease of 6.7% from the previous quarter and a profit of RMB59 million. In the previous quarter, it also decreased by 28%. However, under the exchange gains, the net profit after tax incentives reached 409 million yuan, a significant increase of 276% from the previous quarter and EPS of 0.28 yuan.

In the first three quarters, the consolidated revenue was NT$8.215 billion, with an annual growth rate of 8.46%. The operating margin was NT$766 million, a 36% decrease from the same period last year. The gross profit margin also fell to 9.32%. The net profit after tax was NT$197 million. , a sharp decline of 64% compared with the same period last year, EPS 1.1 yuan.

Shunde said that the LED lead frame was affected by the sluggish market conditions, and currently only accounts for 4% of the revenue, and the progress is not as expected. Looking ahead to Q4, Shunde pointed out that revenue will be lower than Q3.
