On October 21, Heilongjiang Province Semiconductor Lighting Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance organized the promotion of LED technology in the cold, snow and ice landscape application standards. Heilongjiang Provincial Science and Technology Department, Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau, Provincial Standardization Research Institute, Harbin City Construction Committee, Harbin High-tech Zone Management Committee and other relevant leaders and Harbin Lighting Testing Center, Harbin Haige Technology, Martyr Group, Concentration Technology and other parts Representatives of the backbone enterprises of the alliance and experts from the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Research and Research Base, Harbin Civil Engineering Construction Society, Harbin University of Science and Technology and other units participated in the meeting.

At the meeting, the deputy director of Harbin Lighting Inspection Center introduced the background of the conference and the importance of promoting the application of standards for cold and snow landscapes to the development of semiconductor lighting industry in Heilongjiang Province and even China. The relevant personnel of the Harbin Construction Committee gave detailed explanations on the newly formulated ice and snow landscape LED lighting technical regulations (draft for comments) and the technical specifications of the cold LED street lighting products (second edition). Representatives from the conferences systematically demonstrated the two new regulations from the perspectives of LED product specifications, control system, external application environment, product recovery, lighting angle, heat dissipation, etc., and applied LED standards in cold and snow landscapes. The work plan, objectives and content framework have been thoroughly studied. At the same time, the division of responsibilities of the relevant units and the progress of the work have been clarified. Participants expressed their willingness to work together to promote the application of LED cold, snow and ice landscape standards as national standards and international standards, and to increase the voice of the semiconductor lighting industry in Heilongjiang Province at home and abroad.
