Solution: The motherboard mouse's boot function is the most common cause of the mouse still emitting light after the shutdown. The motherboard BIOS generally provides settings for the mouse and keyboard boot function. You can go to the “Power Management Setup” page of the BIOS main menu to find “S3 KBWake-UpFunction” or an option with similar meaning. Set it to “Disable”. ”, Turn off the motherboard to the +5VSB power supply for the mouse and keyboard, PS/2 photoelectric mouse will naturally not turn off after shutdown.

In addition, some USB optical mice will continue to emit light after shutdown. The solution is basically similar to that of PS/2. Go to the “Power Management Setup” page of the BIOS main menu and select “USB Wake-Up From S3” or something similar. The option is set to "Disable" on it.
